Entry forms for the Tulsa Reining Classic presented by Kimes Ranch are now available at tulsareining.com. This year’s Tulsa Reining Classic (TRC) will be held August 29-September 5 at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex at Expo Square.
“We have classes for all reining levels,” said Pete Kyle, owner and manager of the Tulsa Reining Classic. “Momentum is building and we anticipate a large show with many family-friendly activities.”
This year’s show will feature a wide slate of events held in three arenas including the Gun Dun It Ford Truck Arena.
There are several futurities and derbies including:
- Silva Reining Horses LLC Open Futurity
- XCS Ranch Non Pro Futurity
- Elementa Open Derby
- Not Ruf At All Non Pro Derby
- Tamarack Ranch Developing Horse Futurity
- Toyon Ranch $5,000 Emerging 5 Horse Futurity
- Markel Insurance Novice Horse Open and Non Pro Derby
More than $182,000 has been added to the futurities and derbies, and the TRC is home to the South Central Affiliate Regional Championships.
Entry deadline is August 5. Stalls prepaid by August 5 will receive a discount.

The TRC Stallion Service Auction presented by QStallions features some of the best reining sires in the industry. The online auction opens August 28 and is hosted by Champion Horse Sales.
